We were brought onto the “Hardest Shot” concept and the objective was to capture the exhilarating experience and add the appropriate branding and music to the capture to make it shareable on social media.

When we were approached by the agency representing Rogers who was sponsoring the NHL All Star Game, we had clear and concise instructions. Prioritize quality AND quantity with their high paced environment, ensure social sharing was made easy for fans, and abide by their branding guidelines.
Realizing the importance of executing this vision flawlessly, we made the slap shot experience as brief yet entertaining as possible to maximize the number of fans about to participate. This was very effective as fans would walk into the rink, take their 3 hardest shots at the net that were measured, and then they received their video results within minutes. This optimized the fan experience for quick yet fun interactions, making sure that processing and sharing was extremely efficient.
Social Sharing Made Easy!
After the exhilarating experience of their spotlight moment, the fan was directed to our booth attendant just outside of the rink at our sharing station who assisted them in inputting their email for their results. This video reached their phone within minutes, and because of this, not only did these custom videos increase the number of tags and shares, but it also created an immersive experience. Fans could add personal touches with a celebratory dance or pose at the end of their video and this made for authentic marketing for both Rogers and the NHL with their logos and branding also featured in the video.
