A large scale, multi-day headshot photo
booth branded for Deloitte and its staff
for an annual event.
For three days, Deloitte hosted an annual staff event at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. The entire floor plan was styled to the company’s branding, with the need to capture professional headshots of the hundreds of international staff members.
Event Goals
Deloitte, in conjunction with Sidlee, came to us with a very specific look for their event, and they needed a photo booth that could create custom headshots with interchangeable overlays, instant sharing and streaming onto TV screens. The target was to photograph all attending staff members over the course of three days.
Event Solution
This setup consisted of a custom design vinyl wrapped booth with custom screens, overlay, email, instant sharing and image projecting. Using our studio booth, we created a black and white headshot booth for employees to capture a shot, and share it on both the big screen and with their friends.
Photo booth automation allowed us to capture studio quality headshots for hundreds of guests with limited time slots. It is important that each session is short and sweet for guests, while providing the highest quality service to our clients.
